Together with supporters like you, Her Justice empowers over 7,500+ women and children each year by providing the legal resources they need to gain control over things that matter most.
Through a pro bono first model, thousands of well-trained and resourced pro bono attorneys are paid with women who have legal needs in the areas of family, matrimonial and immigration law. This way, we begin to break down systemic barriers that are built into our civil justice system, barriers that reinforce and exacerbate gender, racial and economic imbalances.

Volunteer
Our legal volunteers provide an average of over 72,600 hours of legal services each year, valued at over $40 million.
They provide mentoring to volunteer lawyers from more than 100 law firms and corporations so they can best use their skills to address the critical concerns of families in crisis in New York City.
Get Informed
Her Justice offers free CLE-accredited trainings in family, divorce and immigration law.
Video recordings can be made available for those unable to attend scheduled, virtual trainings.
